   Dave Cosentino, Buffalo Restaurateur ( Aroma on Bryant) and lover of Italian wine and food culture, curates up to five customized Italian holidays throughout since 2000. 

 

  Believing that everyone should have the opportunity to experience Italy, Dave takes guests beyond the typical tourist locations and attractions from small neighborhoods in big cities to quaint villages in the heart of the Italian country and seaside for a truly unique and memorable experience.

 

   Dave has been touring  Italy since 1999. and has hosted over 400 guests as they tour the region and experience the local cuisine.  In 2024, we will be traveling with longtime friend and co-host Valerio Valentlini who is Italian born and brings a lifetime of rich Italian experiences along.  Together they make a great team.
