   Dave Cosentino, Buffalo Restaurateur ( Aroma on Bryant) and lover of Italian wine and food culture, curates up to five customized Italian holidays throughout Italy since 2000. 

 

  Believing that everyone should have the opportunity to experience Italy, Dave takes guests beyond the typical tourist locations and attractions from small neighborhoods in big cities to quaint villages in the heart of the Italian country and seaside for a truly unique and memorable experience.

 

   Dave has been touring  Italy since 1999 and has hosted over 800 guests as they tour the region and experience the local cuisine.  In the 2025/26 seasons, Dave will also be accompanied by longtime friend and  co-host Valerio Valentini on select tours.  Valerio is Italian born and brings a lifetime of rich Italian experiences along.  Together they make a great team.   We hope you will join us!
